Returns/Exchanges

I have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact me at wiregems@bellsouth.net. When your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
I am happy to exchange any unworn/unused piece of jewelry for an item of equal value.  A different size, a different color, or a different item altogether.  I want you to end up with a piece of jewelry you'll wear and love!

Refunds 
Sorry, I do not offer refunds.  Exchanges only.
